Die Suite befindet sich in einem Hochhaus mit vielen Suiten. Wir hatten 2 Schlafzimmer und einen grossen Wohnbereich mit einem fantastischen Blick über die Stadt. Der Infinty Pool auf dem Dach ist einmalig. Man schwimmt und hat dabei einen ablsout tollen Blick über die Stadt. Wir waren zum chinesischen Neujahr dort. Die Stadt war voll und der Verkehr sehr voll. Man kommt ganz gut mit dem Bus von hier weg, muss aber je nach Linie 3 bis 5 Minuten laufen. Grab ist für malayische Verhältnisse teuer und man muss auch länger warten als wir das gewohnt sind. Dann steckt man wie auch der Bus im Stau fest. Ich würde jedoch jederzeit wieder hier buchen.

Location was good.

Had difficulty in checking in initially, there was only 1 access card provided for 2 cars for 5 pax. There were some cockroaches. Air cond was malfunctioning but able to repair it next day.

"Please do not do last minute cancellation to anyone who booked and paid in full with the deposit at last minute."

I have booked a month ago with full payment and deposit paid on the day of check in. Yet the owner of the property cancelled my booking last minute. I was very dissatisfied and disappointed as I can’t check in due to last minute cancellation from the property owner. I have travelled all the way from Johor Bahru end up there was no place to stay with my family. I couldn’t find a proper place at last minute due to the Thaipoosam festival celebrations all the place was taken in advance. This is totally unacceptable and the reason was given was not justified for the cancellations. Even though the paid amount was refunded but by the time I was about to check in it was requested to cancelled by the property owner.

The property owner Jeff only can be reach by message and don’t answer my phone call to explain in details about the real situation. I felt was treated with no professionalism ethic at all. Imagine you were left stranded last few hours before check in.

I booked at booking.com , but i want te way to property 31/1/2026 the property management sent ( my booking never get so ask to cancel by link booking.com he sent) I terevel 5 hours journey but property just sent massage simply… I already pay full payment on time 16/1/26.. I will do polis. Report…

So stupid management…

The building looks good from outside. We have to complain about the faulty air conditioning, before we could request a change of rooms.

Managing agents are quick to pick up deposits but very unprofessional, unpunctual, incompetent and unethical in their commitments when it comes to returning the deposits. We made arrangements in advance to meet the agent's staff at a specific time, but unfortunately the staff was 50 minutes late! No consideration, thoughtless and selfish for guests for the guests itinerary commitments, e.g. we need to be at the airport and have already booked our transport transfer. It difficult to contact the agent and their response did take hours. To contact the agent is also very frustrating, annoying and disappointing. There's no contact number and the inability to contact Customer Services were inferior and substandard. The agent did not value their guests and forgets that without the guests, they won't have jobs! Check-in procedures were unclear and very inconvenience. Foyer has "controlled air conditioning hours", which makes it very stuffy and uncomfortable. We'll definitely not be back and will inform our families and friends of this poor Management attitudes and appalling customers services. This property has bad reviews and will reflect on the poor assessment and evaluation of Bookings.com recommendations.

"the access system and return of deposit lost us about 4 hrs of our staytime."

Location was OK, rest of the stay marred our first port of call in Malaysia (which we know well)

Towels were all hand towels for showering. The access system was shocking. Had travelled 18hrs to be told on arrival that there was a deposit to be paid. It took us 1.5 hrs to eventually get our key from a mail box as the original was empty! Do NOT stay here
