They cancelled my reservation 2 hours before arrival due to some technical problem. It’s been two weeks and I still didn’t get refund

This company is a complete scam. I booked a unit at Beacon, but upon arrival, they asked me to change to Urban Suites, which is of much lower standard. Initially, I thought it was a one-time issue, but the same thing happened again during another stay (for both myself and my brother). This clearly seems to be a repeated practice. The cleanliness was also unacceptable , the pillows were extremely dirty. We requested a replacement, but there was no response from the management. During my stay, there was also a major air-conditioning leakage issue. As a form of compensation, they agreed to a late check-out. However, they later claimed it was an extension and charged me instead, without any proper justification. Overall, this company is not trustworthy. I strongly advise others to be cautious. Always keep written proof of all conversations and avoid relying on phone calls, as there is no accountability.

Good location

Poor check in and no immediate contact details. Damage/Security Deposit had to be paid in cash with the promise of cash return on check-out, but received a WhatsApp message saying to complete an online form to claim a money transfer. Towels that we supplied were the size of tea towels and useless.

Nothing to like, this is scammer please dont book this property. We booked the condominium but once we reached there, we were relocated to another flat that is very bad. No acon at hall, the kitchen and toilet very dirty, no toiletries, room acon not functioning. Alot of problems. Since it was Raya i dont want to make issue and spoil my raya mood, just stay and decided to complain to booking.com. Another issue is they will not return the rm100 deposit, its already 2weeks they didn’t return it back. I read its happen to other customers as well. Please dont book this property, scammer scammer scammer. Read all the review first.

All i dont like, booked condominium but very last minute relocated to flat. We are trying to contact the property since morning the day we suppose to check in but ni response until nearly 3pm. Irresponsible person. Please see photo of the post box, then imagine the house that they provided. Very bad

Belle vue avec la piscine sur le toit

Résidence très stricte et compliqué pour des vrais vacances ! Ce n’est pas du tout un hôtel c’est une résidence avec aucune activité mise à part la piscine sur le toit ou un ne peut rien ramener (boisson,gâteaux….)

The location is good. Easy access

The pool regulation is quite strict. Aircond for lift & lobby only for limited time only.
