Customer service contact is good . They take action once I ask them .

Can't contact property until morning, the day need I check in . And Room toilet is dirty and Some bed sheets are getting yellow spots . And can't use WiFi 1 day Thank you.

La vue du 12 eme étage est pas trop mal mais meilleur depuis le piscine qui ferme tôt donc on à pas eu le temps d’en profiter.

Il faut déposer une caution sinon on à pas accès au logement donc on a du attendre une demi heure au pieds du bâtiment car le personnel n’est pas réactif (pas de personnel sur place)

The rooftop pool is the main attraction of the suites. Especially during the hot afternoon, it’s a good escape to swim in the pool and have a rest in the room before going out for dinner again.

Not enough towels. The host only provided 6 bath towels for our group of 4. And there’s no hand towels. We had to quick wash the towels after swimming, try to dry them under the fan. Then use the towels for another bath after dinner but they’re not dry enough. As you know it’s hot in Malaysia, so we had to take a bath again after going back the suites after dinner. So, ideally, each people should have 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels for the whole group.

This company is a complete scam. I booked a unit at Beacon, but upon arrival, they asked me to change to Urban Suites, which is of much lower standard. Initially, I thought it was a one-time issue, but the same thing happened again during another stay (for both myself and my brother). This clearly seems to be a repeated practice. The cleanliness was also unacceptable, the pillows were extremely dirty. We requested a replacement, but there was no response from the management. During my stay, there was also a major air-conditioning leakage issue. As a form of compensation, they agreed to a late check-out. However, they later claimed it was an extension and charged me instead, without any proper justification. Overall, this company is not trustworthy. I strongly advise others to be cautious. Always keep written proof of all conversations and avoid relying on phone calls, as there is no accountability.
