The Beverley Suite

The apartment itself is lovely. Everything you could need for your stay, is there. Beautifully decorated and immaculately clean.

I have to admit, when we first pulled up outside, we thought it was a squat. The garden is a mess and the hallway was disgusting. There's a family living above the Beverley Suite who have at least one child. If you like being woken by incessant screaming and crying at 2am/4am and 6am followed by what sounds like a herd of elephants wearing clogs, then you've come to the right place. It's such a shame, as for that reason only, we wouldn't go back.

Entrance could be smarter but its a residential property and stairs are communal

Mooi karakteristiek huis. Prachtige tussen etage, vol op ruimte. De etage is zeer netjes opgeknapt.

Size of apartment is exceptional,facilities are very good and it is located in a quiet area but not too far from the beach and shops. The man who lived downstairs was very friendly and helpful. Parking directly outside the property was never an issue, even on a bank holiday.

Initial issue with cleanliness but this was resolved after a call to the owner. The noise from the people upstairs was a bit of a nuisance. The shower was a bit temperamental!

The apartment was massive it was decorated lovely, and it was very clean and in an amazing location.

The apartment had an info pack, but this was very out of date, which meant the WiFi.usernames and passwords provided was incorrect. The boiler certificate wasn't available, and the electricity certificate was out of date. This may well have been done, but it was missing from the pack. We felt that the security on the properly was inadequate on both doors leading from the stairwells and the fact that anyone can walk into the communial area from the street did not make us comfortable therefore we did not sleep well due to this and the very noisy neighbours above they had young children which was fine but the banging,crashing and dropping things on the floor from 03.00 just wasn't acceptable. Both front doors to the Beverly Suite need to have better locks on them one kick or even a punch, and the doors would be in. There may not have been any trouble in the past, and the permanent residents may like this way of living, but there is always a first for someone to break-in. I also noted a horrible smell coming from the area where the glass.panel door was where the WiFi hub was. It.smelt like.dead animal or something.

Was a decent location in what appeared to be a nice area. Rooms were very spacious and comfortably furnished and decorated. Kitchen was well equipped. Sea view from the largest of the bedrooms was nice. Property was clean and as pictured.

The entrance hall smelt of cannabis and the landings smelt like a public toilet. The property upstairs had a baby, that cried all hours of the day and night, and a toddler that done an amazing impression of a herd of stampeding elephants at the crack of dawn. The absence of adequate sound proofing meant sleep was interrupted and difficult to come by. It has been suggested to the host that they inform people of this when booking! The sash window in the sea view room was broken and the other window rattled so much it had to be wedged with loo roll to calm it down! There was a terrible drain smell at the kitchen end of the property that always seemed more prominent in the mornings. The wifi details were out of date in the welcome pack so this needs up dating.

A huge space! Lovely and clean with an wonderful kitchen. Everywhere was immaculate and the beds were extremely comfortable. Pillows lovely and bouncy. With free parking and an approximate 10 minute walk into town, it was so convenient.

Nothing! And we had perfect weather so the whole experience was very positive. I would definitely stay there again.

The hallway and stairs were disgustingly dirty. In dire need of a clean. We initially thought we might hate the flat and we wouldn't he staying because of this. Hwe were however relieved the apartment was lovely.
