Exterior and Entrance hall shabby…. Cutlery needed to be washed

The flat was spacious & comfortable with a nice view of the sea from one of the bedrooms.

The shower was difficult to control in terms of the right heat & the head had to be held as it was not manageable otherwise & the water went everywhere!

Exceptional level of cleanliness. A light airy apartment with everything you could need. Faultless.

The stairway to the apartment needs attention but did not detract from the interior. A full length mirror would be good.

Beds made up to hotel standard. Sympathetic restoration of a old building.

Long walk from kitchen to dinning area! Cleaning regime doesn’t deal with spiders/cobwebs in windows/corners but hence few flys!

This is the second time I have stayed here and would return again. Lovely huge 3 bed apartment. Clean and very modern with nice kitchen and bathroom. Walking distance of town and beach. It's the middle apartment on a 3 story building but have met all the neighbours during our stay and spoken to all and so friendly and welcoming. Will be returning.

The property is really spacious, well fitted out to a nice standard and in a lovely location not too far from the beach.

The entrance and hallway was not inviting and messy, with leaves and cobwebs in the porch, dead flys on the window sills and the stair carpet hasn’t seen a hoover in a while…. A little TLC would go a long way!

Fantastic huge 3 bedroom apartment, very clean and modern. My kids loved it. Friendly neighbours. Walking distance from sheringham town and beach. Plenty of parking outside. Apartment was clean, comfortable with all you need. Would definitely stay again and recommend.
