Room size is good

The rooms were not clean at all and there was mold everywhere and the property was not maintained. On top of this there was no power and they did not have any back up power. When I checked with the staff all they said was they are new there and they do not know anything in detail. It was a terrible experience overall.

No breakfast

All rooms are bad, and bad smell always in the room. Toilet and wash rooms are dirty. During the stay we did not have a bath, because of dirty water. So don't recommend this apartment for customers.

Reception staff was good and polite.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this accommodation. Both the apartment rooms and bathrooms were not clean, and to make matters worse, we found snails in the bathroom, which was very disturbing. One night, the wallpaper in one of the bedrooms began peeling off, and dirt was falling out continuously from behind it. In addition to the poor state of the rooms, the service was just as frustrating. After checking out and making full payment, I requested an invoice multiple times but never received one. This was by far the worst experience I have had with a Booking.com accommodation, and I would not recommend it to others.
