Ample space Moderately decent furnitures Working Air conditioner, TV channels, fans and lights

Very old building Poor maintenance of walls, windows and apartment equipments. Bedsheets and pillows were dusted and old. Outdated and malfunctioned bathroom fittings, washing machine etc.
