The property will contact guests after booking with a link to a rental agreement that needs to be signed in order for the reservation to be honoured. Please note, guests must bring a copy of the home rules and key instructions at the time of check-in. We have a 2bedroom basement apt. home with 1 queen bed in each bedroom for a total of 2 beds. We have a 2 seater chair in the living room.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Good value for the money!"

Excellent location, nicely decorated apartment, very close to metro bus stop. warm and cooperative property manager.

Nothing major. Central heating could be better, however portable electric heaters made up for it. Kitchen was bit cold but after turning on one of the burners of the gas stove when we used it, it was comfortable.

It literally has everything you would need in your own home, I only had to bring food I loved it. Il definitely be back!

It was a little chilly, the heaters did a ok job. Parking would be a little issue for people that are driving but I would still consider my stay 5stars.

Very responsive and helpful staff, great location, fair price.

We had 2 rooms and my bad luck in the room I stayed, there were bedbugs. They immediately took action in the morning and moved us to another room. They also refunded me everything.
