Lower Level Apartment Home offers self check-in. Guests may check in any time after 4pm. Check-out time is 11am. The property will contact guests after booking with a link to a rental agreement that needs to be signed in order for the reservation to be honoured. Please note, guests must bring a copy of the home rules and key instructions at the time of check-in. We have a 2bedroom basement apt. home with 1 queen bed in each bedroom for a total of 2 beds. We have a 2 seater chair in the living room.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Good place for a family stay in DC."

we liked the space - it is pretty big! there is a patio in the back that is nice (although we did not use it). Good kitchen, has everything that you need, not exceptionally new but everything works fine. Cozy living room. Easy to park in front, and there is a garage for overnight parking near by that is not expensive. Supermarket near by.

it is a basement apartment so not a lot of windows. the shower could use more pressure.

Fabulous location close to good bars and restaurants plus Metro only a few minutes away. All you need for a short stay. Comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen.

On arrival the property had not been cleaned after the previous guest. Took a number of phone calls to put right and cost me $10 as I have a UK mobile. Not the best way to start. People above were a bit noisy - sounded like moving furniture around in the night.

Great location, very spacious flat great place for a family. Close to lots of places of interest and public transport.

The bed in the front bedroom is not comfortable at all, the pillows too. The furniture in general could use some updating.

Location wonderful - close to all mass transit, good restaurants, reasonable parking lot, grocery store and other stores. Apartment was pretty well stocked (could have used some paper towels), very comfortable and very clean.

No issues.

Cleanliness & architecture, and the overall aesthetic of the surrounding buildings.

Parking closer would have been better. Also, a recliner for relaxing after the daily activities would be nice.
