Lower Level Apartment Home offers self check-in. Guests may check in any time after 4pm. Check-out time is 11am. The property will contact guests after booking with a link to a rental agreement that needs to be signed in order for the reservation to be honoured. Please note, guests must bring a copy of the home rules and key instructions at the time of check-in. We have a 2bedroom basement apt. home with 1 queen bed in each bedroom for a total of 2 beds. We have a 2 seater chair in the living room.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Had a lovely time in Washington"

Location was great. A few minutes walk from the metro. Short Uber ride to Georgetown Towels and bed linen clean . Comfortable beds and living room Kitchen well equipped

It wasn’t really dirty but the kitchen surfaces were sticky so we had to clean also the shower was poor. Whole place needed a good clean Kitchen drawers loose and off the runners

The manager was amazing, replied quickly and when I had an issue with my card she was very helpful. The location was amazing, close to metro, supermarket, very calm neighborhood. Beds were comfortable and the home was really well equipped.

Nothing comes to mind. As others have pointed out, you can hear sounds coming from above, but it wasn't really an issue for me and my family, we were able to sleep without any trouble.

Nice and calm area. Good to reach with the Metro. Nice and clean appartement, that offers some space and options to cook and wash!
