Lower Level Apartment Home offers self check-in. Guests may check in any time after 4pm. Check-out time is 11am. The property will contact guests after booking with a link to a rental agreement that needs to be signed in order for the reservation to be honoured. Please note, guests must bring a copy of the home rules and key instructions at the time of check-in. We have a 2bedroom basement apt. home with 1 queen bed in each bedroom for a total of 2 beds. We have a 2 seater chair in the living room.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

The apartment was very comfortable, even for a longer period of stay. The apartment was very clean and well equipped and smelled pretty nice. Property manager, Ms. Eboney was very nice and friendly, almost as if we were her family members :) Unfortunately the gas stove didn't work properly when we arrived, but they sent the maintenance person named Mr. Chiazo at the agreed time (and actually it was 8:30 p.m.). Despite the late hours, Mr. Chiazo was punctual and very professional, fixed the problem quickly and we've also had a very pleasant conversation. Additional bonus for the property is the washing machine and the drier with provided laundry detergent and well equipped kitchen, suitable for longer stays. All in all - highly recommended place to stay in DC, very comfortable apartment, great bang for the buck. Thank you! 😊

"Good, but the staff ruined it..."

Facilities were good it has everything you might need for a family, The location was excellent, it was clean and comfortable

Check-in is at 4 pm. I requested to be able to do it at 3 pm due to my flight and the weather (winter 29 degrees) because I traveled with kids, but my request was denied so I ended up showing at 4:30 pm but the staff was still cleaning and I had to wait for 15 minutes with luggage and a 2 year old kid in the street at almost 5 pm, but the worse part was that in our Check out we were ready to leave at 11:00 am when someone got in to the property wile we where about to go out without knocking saying that he thought we left the day before, very uncomfortable and disappointing.
