Lower Level Apartment Home offers self check-in. Guests may check in any time after 4pm. Check-out time is 11am. The property will contact guests after booking with a link to a rental agreement that needs to be signed in order for the reservation to be honoured. Please note, guests must bring a copy of the home rules and key instructions at the time of check-in. We have a 2bedroom basement apt. home with 1 queen bed in each bedroom for a total of 2 beds. We have a 2 seater chair in the living room.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. "Leider nicht so wie erhofft."

Die Lage zum Zentrum war wirklich gut. Die Metro war fußläufig in 5 Minuten erreichbar sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Geräumig und groß.

Es war leider nicht so sauber wie erwartet. Die Kissen hatten Flecken, eine der decken war gerissen. Man musste das Besteck und das Geschirr erst einmal säubern da, man die Reste vom Vorgänger noch sehen konnte. Unter der Dunstabzugshaube war es richtig fettig und dreckig. Das WLAN war leider nicht ausreichend und sehr schwach. TV funktionierte auch nicht wirklich. Also Preis Leistung war leider nicht das was man sich vorstellt. Unklar war auch die Parksituation. Es gab Parkplätze vor dem Apartment aber es war nicht kalt ersichtlich ob man als Gast dort parken darf.

Good effort to make the most comfortable space possible in a basement setting. Surprisingly roomy.

Some noise from upstairs, low main access door - at 6 feet tall I banged my head really hard (twice 😩).

Beaucoup d’espace. Très pratique car près du métro. Eau coup de commodités. C’est comme un petit appartement.

Le protège matelas de lit en plastique est très désagréable. L’air climatisé bruyant. Très sombre. Les locataires au dessus sont bruyants. Manque d’aération surtout dans la salle de bain. Mauvaises odeurs dans la salle de bain. Aucun stationnement. Prévoir payer un stationnement. Assez cher pour tout ces inconvénients.

It was clean for sure. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Washer & Dryer were available and easy to operate. TV’s throughout the apt

Low shower pressure, tight bathroom, occasional bugs one which definitely scared my daughter in the room down the hall. Old ironing board.
