Lower Level Apartment Home offers self check-in. Guests may check in any time after 4pm. Check-out time is 11am. The property will contact guests after booking with a link to a rental agreement that needs to be signed in order for the reservation to be honoured. Please note, guests must bring a copy of the home rules and key instructions at the time of check-in. We have a 2bedroom basement apt. home with 1 queen bed in each bedroom for a total of 2 beds. We have a 2 seater chair in the living room.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. It was very clean and the manager was easy to get in touch with.

We thought it was off upon arrival that the windows were unlocked, there was a butcher knife behind the tv stand on the window seal, and a couple plugs didnt work.

Great stay! Clean and well-maintained, with a good location close to the metro, shops, and restaurants. Easy access to the city center and a quiet neighborhood

The only suggestion would be to replace the stove knobs as they are a bit loose.

La ubicación céntrica cerca del metro ,autobuses ,upermercados y todo lo necesario. Apartamento espacioso limpio y cocina bien equipada.

Hacia frío y excepto en la cocina los radiadores no se encendian

Het huis was perfect in orde. Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig en schoon. En de metro was vlakbij om de bezienswaardigheden te bereiken. Ook diverse eetgelegenheden en supermarken op loopafstand.

"An OK base to see the city"

Good location for metro station and shops nearby. OK for a 2 night stay and a place to base ourselves.

Stuffy basement apt. Air conditioning unit does not help. Bugs in apartment. Hard to get parked near apt to unload or load car. Places needs a thorough clean, thick dust under radiators. Towels old. Old apartment and could do with upgrading. Very noisy from upstairs neighbours and affected our sleep.
