宿泊したB棟のみ洗濯機がなかったこと

Nice facilities and clean.

Need a car, otherwise struggling and staff responsibilities delay. It's like cops, you don't need them, they are around, when you need them, they never show up.

its a nice blend of ski cottage and traditional japanese home vibes. the heater in the bathroom was very smart.

i would put another small heater in the shower room as well as some coffee for the kitchen. i understand people should bring their own food, but some coffee would be nice since its not easy to get to the store.

We were given the passcode to our room but It did not work. There was no one to help there and it was freezing cold outside. Then we messaged and emailed them and then after 25 mins the passcode worked. It would be nice if someone could be there to help.

Spacious area, clean and trendy. Area is more quiet, in the middle of a neighborhood. Walkable to lake and a trendy bakery

It was very cold, and required all the heaters to be on. The power would trip multiple times. Could not use clothes washer
