Spacious, newly renovated, three bedroom TOWN CENTRE duplex apartment with free parking, sleeps seven - Walking distance to beach

The apartment is very modern, decorated nicely & was spotlessly clean. Just a short walk from the shops & beach, it was the ideal location for our break.

There are a lot of stairs so just be mindful if travelling with a lot of bags or have limited mobility

Location for where we needed to be. Apartment well appointed with everything we needed. Lovely and clean. Apartment block quiet when we were there. One parking space included. Host was great at keeping in touch and arrival and leaving instructions were so clear.

Just us being picky....some of the pillows could maybe do with replacing and there were no hooks on the bathroom door to hang a towel or clothes.

Location in the middle of high street with plenty of shop restaurants 10 Minutes to cliff then another 10 down to a beautiful beach

Beds very uncomfortable we all had disturbed sleep not enough sofas for 7 to sit down and dinning table only sat 4 comfortably

Great central location, easy access to sea front, shops etc, loads of restaurants nearby. Comfortable for 6 friends, nice beds, very clean, parking only a short walk away. James was easy to contact for any questions. It’s quite noisy in that area on a Saturday night but the flat is well insulated once inside.

The blinds in the downstairs bedroom didn’t adjust to close fully so it was quite bright from 6am but this can be solved , no other complaints

Lots of stairs

The apartment was very spacious for our family of 5 adults. It was modern and very clean. We had everything we needed to spend Christmas in Bournemouth. It was easy to get to the town center! James was an amazing host, he provided clear directions and always communicated with us prior to our trip and was very helpful! We were pleasantly surprised by the sweet treats left for us when we arrived!

There is no lift, but I knew that before arriving, but it was difficult to get all our luggage up several flights of stairs (not owners fault). Unfortunately, we did encounter a few homeless individuals hanging around the stoop (we minded our own business and kept moving). I wish there were hand towels, we had plenty of bath towels. Extra toilet paper and hand soap in the restroom would have been great as well!

The apartment was spotless and just overall lovely

A lot a stairs to get up to the apartment wasn’t really ideal for us with a pushchair but we made it work
