Are the stairs already in the description? Don't remember seeing that in the description. Would've been helpful to know that before booking as my dad is currently struggling to walk up stairs or any incline so may not have booked this property had we known about the stairs with no option of a lift. Bed linen on one of the double beds didn't appear to be totally clean which made me doubt if it had been changed for our arrival. As requested, we disposed of our general rubbish & recycling although it would be extremely helpful if the black bins in the kitchen and the bins locked downstairs behind the lockable grey door are clearly labelled as general or recycling as we had to guess and probably ended up putting in the wrong ones. I'm very keen to recycle and do my bit to help save the planet but it needs to be clearly marked to encourage to do the same otherwise people won't bother.

I’m sorry to say this but the outside was filthy, rubbish everywhere, ripped bin bags not cleaned up over weekend, rats, which was our view from the window unfortunately and a lot of homeless (which isn’t a problem untill they would arguing through the night or hang about near the front door drunk and it scared my little boy walking out sometimes) but they didn’t cause any trouble for us just made us abit uneasy right by the door with 2 young children.

The property was just the job. Great location. The owner kept us informed all the way and gave us some info for places to go and do.

No lift, the mirror is broken, the washing machine is not useable, 2 single beds are not good, and we were put shady place.
