Great location to beach. Clean and comfy. Staff quick to respond to communication. Would stay again; very nice property.

Internet a tad hit and miss unfortunately, tv would buffer a lot. Not a negative on the property but, the open top bus stops right outside the window and passengers are very nosey! Bit of advice is close the curtains unless fully dressed :-)

Very happy with the apartment and location. Wish we've stayed here longer but we had already had booked the next 2 nights at the hotel. We felt really cosy and comfortable here.

All as expected. Comfortable apartment. Well provided in the little things - hand wash, dishwasher tabs, washing up liquid, clean cloths and sponges, a few biscuits, plenty of tea and coffee. The fridge was nice and clean. Very nice carpet underfoot throughout. We appreciated the tower fans provided as it was a very hot weekend! The beds were comfortable.

The wi-fi was slow. Maybe because we were only on it at peak times and everyone was catching up with the Olympics! The water pressure in the shower was poor. It's a lovely, big walk-in shower, with a big head, but a bit of a disappointing shower. (Can't fault the hot water though - plenty of that)

Great place to stay. Clean, cosy and comfy. Absolutely recommended. Our family really enjoyed our stay here. Great location too.

The house was as seen in the pictures and very clean with a good location

The washing machine was too loud and there was cobwebs but other than that the house was amazing and will definitely visit again if we come back to Bournemouth
