Location was great, size of apartment, car parking.

Beds were very basic and not comfortable. The apartment was not newly decorated see photos, bedroom TV remote had no batteries, Curtains in lounge area did not cover windows they were to small see photo.

The property was clean and very comfortable. Everything you needed was provided from teabags to towels. Netflix on the tv was a nice touch and the parking space was appreciated. The area where the apartment is is excellent and only a short walk to the beach.

Wi-Fi was a bit hit and miss.

The bathroom and kitchen area were lovely, clean, modern and stylish. The location was quite good although it was not a five minute walk to the beach more like 15 minutes.

The state of the walls, dirty marks particularly in second bedroom, chunks of brickwork or plaster knocked away from a corner in the sitting area that showed up badly against the dark blue paintwork, no coffee table or side table to put a drink on while watching tv instead there were two pouffè type foot stalls which you couldn’t risk balancing anything on, tv remote in lounge didn’t work, side lamp there also didn’t work, area there clearly was not vacuumed, there was fluff on the floor and a coin. Curtains in lounge area far too small for the windows so you couldn’t close them to stop people smoking outside the window at night from seeing in, the worst thing was pre used bedclothes in both rooms that had not been washed and changed after last tenants use, now we knew why they asked you to take out the bins yourself and leave dirty towels on the bathroom floor but instructed you to NOT strip the bedding as they would do that themselves! (Really?) Noisy side gate banging all night outside bedroom window, dust everywhere, on plants, mirror frames, picture frames and some skirting boards too, we itched all night and my sister actually slept in her dressing gown on top of the bed as it was clear there had been someone sleeping in unchanged bedding before her. No hanging space or drawers provided in main bedroom and no drawers in second bedroom, cramped bedrooms, bed at an angle from wall to be able to get in it without climbing over. No tv in second bedroom. Contacted the manager of the company after we left (stayed somewhere else) as soon as possible, said he would get back to me to discuss our complaints but never did. I have photographic evidence.

Clean, Spacious and well laid out with consideration for visitors… extra clean towels and all the facilities you’ll ever need… highly recommend

Well appointed and great location . Bus 70 or 80 stops right out the front to take you into Bournemouth. Easy parking right outside the door off the street .
