Niovi's Luxury Apartment in Chania city center

The apartment offered a lot of amenities and was very clean. The host was very welcoming and helpful, responding quickly to everything we had to ask. The apartment was within a 12-minute walking distance from the old town of Chania. I would definitely visit again!

It was clean , we had everything we need in the kitchen, badroom, towels . George, the owner was very helpful with Information .

Location not so good ! It was 10 minutes Walk from old town and port , that was Not a Problem , the location was Not ! Dirty streets Balcon too small , Not for 3-4 people

George the host was great, communicated very well. Comfy apartment, good location with an easy walk to the old center. Beds were comfortable, having a washer for clothes was a dream! He even arranged a parking spot across the street from the apartment from a neighbor who rents it out. Plenty of kitchen things, good water pressure for showers and dishes. Had coffee pods and a little machine to get you stared, too. The homemade liquor he left in the fridge was strong but warming! After using the washer, a good drying rack on the balcony is available: easier to use if you bring it in 1st to hang things then move it outside. Air conditioning worked well and quietly in each bedroom and living room. I would stay there again!

I think the cleaner missed something smelly under the kitchen sink from previous folks, but I didn't tell George till we were leaving as it wasn't so bad we couldn't deal with it. He is very responsive and said he'd make sure it got checked and cleaned: he is very available and quick to respond!

The apartment was close to town and the beach. The rooms were clean ,comfortable with balconies very nice

The washing machine took too long time 3 hours to do a load of clothes.

George’s appartment was fantastic. The appartment was clean, ideally located near the city center. George was a great host and provided us great recommendations and tips.
