Niovi's Luxury Apartment in Chania city center

Comfortable and host very responsive

The place is very good, close to the centre of the city. The apartment is cozy, neat, comfortable, with all necessary accessories.

Everything was fine. There is absolutely nothing to improve.

George is a great host, he is very kind and helpful! He was always available for anything regarding our stay and had great tips for things to do in Chania. I forgot something in the apartment when we left and he even made sure I got it back in Heraklion. The apartment itself was really nice, we slept well in the beds and it had all the facilities we needed. It was also walking distance to the city center which was great. Would definitely recommend this apartment!

Our host was George. He was very kind and helpful. The apartment is a 10 minutes from the old part of the city, which is perfect location. Really love the location. When we entered the apartment, there were a surprise, typical greek drink, it was really kind. Also we had a water, after the long day. Thanks for that, George! George provided us a parking for 4 days near the building, it was extra paid from us, but it was necessary when you take a car, because the streets are full and this place it's not providing free parking. Chania is beautiful and you can go from here to many good places like Balos, Elafonisi, Falasarna, etc. The restaurants and the shops are really good. Also can recommend you Georg's shop, ask him when you arrive. He will give you a details. Another good thing is that in the apartment you can find umbrellas for sun, which is really nice. The communication is the key for everything. We would like to recommend this place a better and clear communication and clear instructions on time before arrival.

Our reservation has been made for 5 people, we paid for 5. Booking.com showed on some side we paid for 5, on other said for 4(mobile app, desktop version, etc). We communicated this with George(the host) on the first day when our reservation has been made(It was to prevent confusion and if anything it's not okay to fix it or remove this reservation) and he(George - the host) said everything it's okay from his side and no need to worry about anything. But on the day when we arrived in Chania he started a conversation via WhatsUp and talked about that we are 5, not 4 etc...it was little confusing and bad vibes for us. In the end he was agreed with that we already talked a month ago and more and we finished this conversation. To the last moment we didn't had instructions how we will enter the apartment. Two hours before we enter the apartment he told us how to take the keys, etc. There were no instructions for the hot water, we arrived in rainy days, so there were no sun for hot water. He didn't told us what to do. We asked a day before we arrived for instructions for the whole apartment, he said don't worry, but there were no instructions for anything. So on the next day when we didn't had hot water again, we asked him and he told us this time what to do to have hot water, even in rainy day. The apartment was clean, but when we opened the sofa, to make it a bed, it was not clean, we should clean before we going to sleep on the sofa.

Perfect Location to stay! in the heart of Chania. I recommend it 100%. The owner George was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is modern like the pictures and comfortable
