The Lodges 9 - Lake Front Views and Walk to Town

Location was great.

Driveway was very steep, it was a challenge getting in and out of it.

View and location is hard to beat! Designated carpark is a bonus and the kitchen equipment (such as nespresso) and decent apartment furniture made for a comfortable short stay.

Kitchen floorplan is on multiple levels, it's an awkward trip hazard. Manageable, however, wouldnt be the best for young kids.

Location Spacious

Air con in lounge not working properly. Positioned too high on wall perhaps. Room took all night to heat up. It was ok if you left it on all day and night. But this must be expensive.

Very close to downtown just 6-7mins by walking. Lake view also good with fair price.

The range hood in kitchen and exhaust fan in entrance floor toilet didn't work, we checked in on Saturday so not much can be done before we check out. Already reported by message and hope it'd be alright in future.

Location, view, equipment, cleanliness

Great location and views

The building works next door which had a huge crane out front. This however is not a negative to the property, progress is always going to happen.

Nice three-level standard condo in a development. Location is nice - a quiet street on a hill, just two blocks from restaurants in downtown Queenstown.

There were a couple of minor maintenance issues (toilet, blinds) that I had to mention to the manager.

Proximity to town and view

Broken dishwasher and useless sink plug. Shower grout could be better cleaned.
