the view was excellent!

1. didn't inform me about the security deposit in advance. 2. didn't hold my luggage during my tracking although I stayed 4 nights. 3. didn't maintain some facilities well such as light bulbs, a toilet cover, hair dryer etc. 4. listed the price for 5 people but no discount for the fewer people. 5. was hard to put the key box cover back.

Brilliant central location. Ample space for a group of 4, really well stocked kitchen made it easy to cook in. Excellent terrace with views over the lake. 2 separate bathrooms were great. Comfortable lounge.

Only issue was some minor maintenance issues not addressed eg main bedroom roller blind not working, wonky tap in kitchen, wonky Toilet seat.

Great location, very quiet and walking distance from CBD

The view from the apartment was beautiful over the lake.

To get to the property there is a steep hill to go up and a narrow steep slope to go down with the car or walk down to get to the apartment. It’s definitely not suitable for people walking who have mobility problems.

Service was outstanding. The location was brilliant - 3 minutes to the lake front. Absolutely money well spend especially with elderly and children.

Could do with a BBQ facility Which we have been told it will come next year - 2024

Some of facilities were not properly maintained such as not closed toilet door, lights.

Needs a bit of minor repairs done. Broken cupboard in bedroom. New blinds in main bedroom and a patch and paint would do wonders

The keys were in a lock box at the property and easy to access.

It is a privately owned property so they had locked cupboards which is fine, however there was not a great deal of cupboard space for us as even the unlocked cupboards were full of the owners things. We stayed for 11 nights so it would have been nice not to live out of our suitcases. The only set of drawers in the 3rd bedroom were broken and unusable.
