"Just moderate and stayable for short time"

Its quite small but comfortable. The fridge was big and fuctioning well.

The heater was not functioning properly. Sometimes ok sometimes not. The mattress is worn and bit hard. The advertised price is rm80 but its actually rm180. The owner said another rm100 is for cleaning fee. Then u need to put deposit rm100 which total of rm 280. But luckily got the full deposit back.

The place was great, location was good, the morning sun horizon was spectacular, facilities was good, the place was clean and tidy.

Two things need improvement. Firstly, the hose holder near the wc is loose, hence, need to be fixed, secondly, the room near the kitchen is small and putting a double bed there just make it impossible to move around.
