2 Bedroom Serviced Apartment with Free Parking, Wifi & Netflix, Basingstoke

This was the second time staying here, and the host was very helpful in letting us check in early. The location is excellent as it is close to the town, the train station and easy to reach from the motorway.

The apartment does need a decent clean. Compared to our last stay, it was definitely less clean. There was also quite a nasty smell in the bathroom at all times.

Beautiful apartment so close to shopping centre and train station if needed. Great check in and all so smooth! Fab that you get an allocated parking space which is very easy to find. Stayed here with our 3 young kids while visiting family and it was perfect for our two nights would have loved to stay longer.

The check in was very smooth and he had videos of everything to guide the guests. The place layout is good. It had all the amenities. They also put some nice fresh flowers. Great hospitality. When I left my Jacket in check out, they posted it to me. Absolutely great..I'll book this cosy smart place again. "All the best to them for keeping a cosy neat home in the middle of the town."

Location to the centre and train station was excellent , The apartment was very roomy and when we did need to have the heating on it warmed up quickly, was surprised how quiet it was .

The kitchen needs a deep clean the fridge had ice in it and something stuck to the back of it , the kettle isn’t very clean and the Hob needs either replacing or deep cleaning

not really safe for children- no safety bars on windows and apartment on 6th floor. Also wasn’t particularly clean- there’s no dishwasher and had to prewash all dishes and utensils before using. Oven not clean and had a couple of dirty dishes in it. couple of towels were new but hadn’t been Pre washed.

The parking was off road and felt secure. The location of the property was very central. There was no traffic noise or noise from adjoining apartments. The property was well presented.

My daughter said the single bed was a little soft for her liking but not a problem.
