2 Bedroom Serviced Apartment with Free Parking, Wifi & Netflix, Basingstoke

Really lovely apartment. Well presented and really good location for train station and town. Very easy to find. Ant questions we had were answered very quickly before and throughout our stay.

Couldn't fault it. If I had to think of something the parking space number could be provided on the information to assist in finding it.

the double bed could have been a kingsize. the room was big enough. the bed waa too small.

The contact with the hosting company was very good prior to arriving. Clear, simple instructions on how to get keys etc. Also allowed to check-in early as the property was empty, which was very appreciated. Location is very good; close to the motorway and within sort walking distance of the shops. Kitchen was very well equipped.

Some of the furniture was a little on the flimsy side. The curtains don't keep out much light during the night. We visited in winter, so it wasn't too bad. In the summer it would probably get a bit annoying to have a fully lit room at 5am!

The location next to the train station was perfect for my visit. The apartment was quiet and secure. There was ample space for the number of people in the apartment. Access to a large fridge, washing machine, and speedy internet was also very handy. The property also retains heat quite well which is great for winter visits. The host was very communicative, even responding to my texts past 9pm to help me out with the heating. Free parking and guest parking also made the stay really enjoyable and fuss free. Lovely soaps, plenty of storage for clothes, fully furnished kitchen, microwave, Netflix provided on the TV.

The screws on the bench needs tightening and it was a little dusty (nitpicking here due to my allergies) but apart from that, it was excellent.

Location great for our needs. Close to family we were visiting. Great location for access to town centre. Walking distance. A bonus was the included parking space. Apartment was an ideal size. Two good sized bedrooms with room for a travel cot for the baby. Beds comfortable and clean bedding. All towels and linen provided. Bathroom a good size with a lovely padded vinyl flooring. Over bath shower worked well and liked the dark blue shower curtain. Lounge seating area would be a bit tight for 4 adults but no issue for our group of 3 adults and a baby. Small dining table with 2 benches which you have to pull out to eat at but not a chore. If you don’t want to eat in there are plenty of places nearby to eat at within walking distance. Well decorated apartment with neutral colours. No wardrobes or draws but plenty of hanging space and shelf space on freestanding hanging rails. The apartment is on the 6th floor and easy to access from the ground floor and lift area. All access information provided easy to understand and no issue at all accessing lock box for key or accessing the building. Plenty of photos provided showing location of lock box / entry door / lift location and direction to apartment. Good communication prior to attending with all information required. Always a quick response to queries via email. Would definitely stay at this apartment again.

Nothing to dislike about this apartment. Ideal for our short stay.
