Palma Apartments

Daniel welcomed us showing the property and giving us all the important info we needed. Everything was above expectations- even though the only available apartment was without balcony we didn't need it because the beach is just a few steps ahead. We also had enough room for our dog who was also welcomed. Definetly coming back!

The stay at Palma Apartments in Herceg Novi was absolutely perfect! The apartment was clean, modern, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight was the stunning sea view from both the living room and bedroom—absolutely breathtaking. The hosts were very welcoming and even surprised us with complimentary drinks upon arrival. Waking up to the smell of homemade rústule was such a lovely touch that made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Herceg Novi!

Copas Restaurant, as part of the Palma Apartment complex was very good for food, service and location. The apartment (number 3) that we eventually settled in, having moved from the apartment first allocated to us, was comfortable and spacious. The owner facilitated us with the move.

The apartment first allocated to us, number 4, was not suitable at all for us. The bedroom was like a converted loft, where the ceiling sloped from halfway down the room to literally 1 meter above floor level. I am not a tall person(168 cms) but was unable to stand up straight at the side of the bed. The owner facilitated a move to a more spacious apartment after 2 nights. The view from the balcony of number 4 was the only redeeming feature of the apartment, unfortunately apartment number 3 only had a side balcony view, but the trade off was the spacious interior. All 4 apartments were quite basic in the facilities offered. The kitchen had no oven, no microwave, toaster, only 2 solid ring hob, small fridge. Our intention was to eat out in cafes & restaurants for most meals, but for anyone wishing to self cater and cook in any of the apartments, the facilities were very basic. We ate out most of the time, including breakfast some mornings, the quality of the food was very good in all restaurants and cost was reasonable

we were offered a room with a 50 x 50 cm window. This is not visible in the photo, the entrance is through a back door where there are grills where they fry fish, the smell is appropriate. I will not deny that the room is clean. But it feels like it was converted from a similar room. I travel a lot and book a lot through booking, but I have never seen anything like this. You are essentially offered a utility room for the price of a room. Not a single photo shows such "wonderful" details. We refused to stay in the "room", the owner had nothing to replace it with. As a result, a ruined weekend, we specially drove two hours with a small child from Podgorica. The reservation could not be cancelled, and they wrote off 150 € from us for two nights!! and the cherry on the cake, there is only one air conditioner. there is no air conditioner in the bedroom! why bother, because you have «window» there

The staff is really nice and always ready to help! The view is fantastic and all the journey was very good! Parasol and beach chairs free for guests (very good idea!)

Great location right by the sea, lots of restaurants/beaches/cafes nearby. Just a short walk away from Herceg Novi old town as well. Friendly staff and a spacious apartment.
