I usually don’t write reviews but this place deserves one from my side. please read carefully before you will decide to pay a good amount money for this place: - Check in I booked two rooms with sea view, and during check-in I was offered one room with a sea view and one room with yard view. It’s good that I had Bookings messages with this property where we discussed Apartments numbers that I booked. After I showed this conversation I got two rooms with sea view. - NO PRIVACY AT ALL We were eating a breakfast in the main apartment (where we got all luggage) and I asked my daughter to bring some stuff from the second apartment. daughter came back and said that there is a cleaning is going on right now in the room. I was like what??? we even didn’t check out yet. I came to apartment and they told me that they thought I did a check out. they moved my both daughters shoes outside the apartment. I asked them to return our shoes. they did it and apologized. Then we went to walk yo Old City and I told the lady who is responsible for the cleaning that we will leave at 12, and she confirmed that this is checkout time and it’s ok. when we came back from our walk we noticed that all dirty dishes are cleaned so it means that even I mentioned we will check out at 12 they came to our apartment (before we did a check out) and they cleared all dirty dishes. Really??? we are still there and this is an appropriate that anyone can come in our room WHILE WE ARE STILL THERE!!! Last thing: at 11:50 I came to my second apartment to verify that we didn’t leave any belongings and the cleaning lady was there again and she said sorry. Really??? So for this just one night they came to our apartment three times without our permission!!! I never faced this issue with any other hotel / property. Feel free to stay in this apartment if you want to be visited by their staff while you are exploring sightseeings around.

Easy to get keys from restaurant below. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Great location, right by beach near centre of town. Bed was confortable. Really big balcony with views of sea.

Ceiling in bedroom was really low, not great for 6ft partner! No aircon in bedroom.

Very nice and pleasant hosts. Family atmosphere. Clean apartment with a good view. Restaurant in the front and the market. Free usage of the beach in the front. WiFi is good. The beds are comfortable. Two terraces in the apartment. Decent size of the apartment.

High price, but this is the case mostly for the whole Herceg Novi in the first row (hilly town) of apartments, which I quite don't get since - the sea can be filthy and the beaches are not so great (as in the majority in Boka), where it is windy quite often in mid-day. Free parking space is very difficult to find close to the apartment, so it is difficult to use a rent-a-car. Breakfast could be included in the price, or at least to have some good discount for the guests. I will think twice about whether to come again to Herceg Novi with these prices when I see the alternatives for that amount of money. Music management is not so good. You hear mixed music from the nearest hotel Hedonia. If an agreement with them can't be made it is better to turn it completely off, since after a couple of days it gets on your nerves to hear both music at the same time. And why the music is till the 01h? There are very few people in the restaurant at that time (or no one), and that part of HN isn't attractive and famous for that type of fun, and sleep after 24h should be the top priority. Sometimes you can hear the music from the private apartment between Palma and Hedonia if their guests are wild, and when they use the grill, smoke goes directly into the closest apartment. In some apartments, the roof of the main terrace can be managed just from the next apartment, since they are shared terraces divided by plants, where if it is sunny (and mostly is) you can't use the full experience of the terrace and the view because of lack of the shade. A shared terrace isn't a good idea therefore each should have its own mechanism for the roof and better separation. However, there is a second solo terrace, but it isn`t big as the first one. Distribution of furniture in the apartment can be better so that all guests on their sofas can watch tv, and not just one of them. No elevator.
