Palma Apartments

It was nice to spend New Year and Christmas holidays in the apartment with terrace in front of the sea. We spend more time in that terrace than we had expected. Amazing!

View from the balcony was amazing, highlight of the apartment! Host is super friendly, and the apartment was same as on the pictures. We would definitely come back!

Bathroom was a little bit smelly.

You can’t ask for a better view than this! The staff are the kindest, most responsive I’ve experienced anywhere. Palma gets my highest recommendation.

The room and views were breathtaking. The host was fantastic with local knowledge and a great chat. Very special indeed.

The location is great, the proximity of the beach, boardwalk, the view, pleasant hosts.

Lack of parking in the area.

The view is fantastic 😍 Nice beach, you can have an umbrella and a deck chair for free. The water is usually clean. You can also order some food and drinks. Location is also good: lots of restaurants, beaches, some shops. You can get to the old town in 10-15 minutes. The room has a new air conditioner. Mattress is comfortable and apartment is big enough. The owner picked us up from the Dubrovnik airport asking 80 Euros for this.

The cleaning was awful. When we arrived, the room and the bed were not prepared, and we had to wait till it is cleaned. After that, the room can be cleaned only if you ask. But each morning starts with a chambermaid pushing (not knocking) on the door and asking: "What do you need?". That was really confusing. The door to the bathroom is terrible and has to be repaired. The fridge was too old and too small, I think it should freeze better. All shutters should also be renovated. There was a storm one day and unfortunately it was almost impossible to close them completely.

Location is amazing, beach is extremly clean and free beach beds are provided. Sea is also really clean (which is not the case on the nearby beaches). Rooms are spacy, with the best view you could ask for. Food in the restaurant is superb and the staff is extremly nice. Owners are really kind and hospitable. Old town is 10-15 mins away by foot.

Bathroom could use a renovation, but the owner actually mentioned that he plans to do that for the next season. Parking is a huge problem, there is no way to find a really close parking spot due to the infrastructure of the Herceg Novi. City (public) parking is 6 euros per day, there is also free parking behind some old hotel which is really close, but we didn’t know about it before we arrived, so it might be smart to ask the host for instructions beforehand.
