"Booking sollte bei gesetzwidrigen Taten des Vermieters tätig werden"

Die Buchungsbeschreibung verwies NICHT auf einen Auto Check-In hin. Gemäß den spanischen Vorschriften des Innenministeriums (zuständig für Registrierung von Feriengästen) für Auto Check-In ist der Vermieter verpflichtet über das Portal SES Hospedajes dem Mieter einen Link zur Anmeldung zu übersenden. Dies ist nicht geschehen. Statt dessen forderte der Vermieter mehrmals eine Ausweiskopie (digital oder print) ein. Dies ist in Spanien gemäß Datenschutzbehörde AEPD strengstens untersagt. Denn eine Überlassung einer Ausweiskopie öffnet Tür und Tor für Daten- und Identitätsdiebstahl. Zudem wies das Appartement erhebliche hygienische Mängel auf, was der Vermieter von sich weist. Hierzu nun einige Belegfotos. Zudem weigert sich der Vermieter trotz Zusage eine Rechnung auszustellen.
