By the Pagoda- cozy garden flat by Richmond & Kew Gardens

Gorgeous location and lovely homely place to stay.

Location was excellent. Nice to be self contained. Drinks and essentials provided.

Towels were v hard. Neighbour’s above very noisy early morning

Loved how close it was to Kew garden and other restaurants! perfect size for a couple for sure! the bathroom looked very clean and updated, so very nice!

we just weren’t used to the heat and no a/c haha! the light in the bedroom kind of flickers but i think that is because it is a dimmable light.

Cozy and clean apartment in a superb location.

Great location and easy walk into Richmond for the train to central London. Well equipped kitchen facilities, useful for a family wanting to cook meals. The host was very good, responded to any questions quickly via the app and arranged a parking permit. Plenty of on street parking available nearby.

Didn't realise the area was directly in the Heathrow flight path. Neighbours weren't noisy as such but the nature of the building meant you could hear the main door slam every time someone went in or out or up and down the stairs to the flat above.

Everything was clean. Kitchen was nice with all the necessary things. The living room was spacious. After walking about 100 meters, we could catch a bus to Richmond from where you could take the metro. Debbie was very helpful instructing us all along and answering our quedtions.

The lamp in the bedroom ceiling was annoyingly flickering. The shower tray not having a door causes a bit of a problem.
