Parking road only. Access via stoney path, trip hazard with rocks either side and no path lighting. Electric jug didn't automatically switch off. Quality of plates, cups and cutlery very poor and not 100% clean. Shower very dirty with mould in grout and on tiles. Tiles on floor very slippery - extremely dangerous. No insulation and could hear talking voices in adjacent units. No working TV. Requested assistance lady unable to fix and didn't followup with request for manager to phone.

Sound proofing was clearly neglected when those units were built We were in unit 2 and we could literally hear the people in unit 1 from the bathroom (we could hear them peeing) and from the main room (we could hear them talking from time to time) The bathroom got flooded with the first shower we had because of a very blocked shower drain They responded very quickly and sent someone right away with new towels The issue had to be fixed by a plumber who came 36 hours later with no alternative option to shower in the meantime

Good location, walkable to town. Very clean and neat accommodation.

There is a problem with drainage in the shower. The shower tray fills very quickly and floods the bathroom floor. Soundproofing in the units is very poor. There are no bedside tables or lights.

Convenient to apps to ocean and lake Tekapo

Drainage in shower was an issue, sound proofing wasn’t great, bins outside were completely full when we arrived, No bedside lamps, seating area was a little cramped. It was ok, just seemed like a cheaply made money spinner

Very clean, good linen, reasonably close to town centre.

Cooking - stove complicated. Only 2 pots and stove wouldn’t stay on. Instructions minimal. Beds - 1 single ok other very poor. Double average. Very small unit for 4 adults. Great deck but no furniture to sit on? Unit 2 at back but hard to get suitcases in over gravel path. Then shoes off. Parking on the street was occupied by other tenants so parked further up the road. Only mirror was in bathroom - non in bedrooms or lounge. Not good for 4 people. So really a bit disappointed for the cost, but recognise that it is a very busy place this time of year.

Everything about this place was perfect. Great location across from bakery, restaurant and grocery. Extremely clean and very good wifi. Hosts were very accommodating and responsive.

Clean and tidy. Asking us to use bathroom to wash dishes is quite unhygienic and frankly, unheard of!! There was no salt, pepper, or coffee/tea. No laundry, no dishwasher, We booked for 5, enough space and rooms, BUT, although not required for the single day we booked, the plates and crockery supplied is okay for only three!! For the price we paid, it should at least make one feel that the host is thinking about the guests... after all, how much does an extra setting for two to three people cost... especially, since, it lasts for ages!!
