The one-bedroom apartment is tiny, does not fits three people.

Not a lot, over priced for the condition and facilities of the property, location is not great as you need to drive into town.

The 150 NZD cleaning fee is a joke and maybe a new cleaning contractor should be considered! See attached pictures of the extraction fans in both bathrooms, doesn’t look as if they have been cleaned since installation. Stains on armchairs and bedding.covers, greasy finger marks around kitchen unit handles, curtains not correctly hanging, broken picture frame, bathroom door lock broken resulting in bodge repair, loose wash basin tap, flaking paint finish along window sills, dust and dirt behind doors, major crack in en suite wash basin. Unusual soundproofing foam installed to the lounge wall which was not shown in the listing pictures Just wish I could post more pictures!

The place was well equipped with a comfy bed, nice new fixtures and a fridge. It was easy to find and get into and has a fabulous view out over the lake.

We booked the place for my wife and I and our teenage daughter but it is really too small for three people. It does have a sofa bed but when it is extended there is no room in the living space. Plus the sofa bed is uncomfortable to sleep in.

Good location, have a living room area. Allow late checkout which was very helpful.

The wall is not soundproofed and u can hear what next door was talking about. The toilet seat was clean

Location is not too bad

The property was divided into 3 units, our unit was not convenient to access from our parked car. The rooms were very basic and didn’t have good condition. It was ok for one night sleep, would consider changing if more than that.

The property is located next to a building site with building materials strewn across the area it would appear you are supposed to park your car. There is a shipping container located outside of the front of the property. The walls of the property are so paper thin you hear the people talking and moving around in the adjacent properties. On arrival it was clear the property had not been cleaned properly as there was a half eaten pizza left in the refrigerator. The manager was very apologetic about this and refunded us £15 as well as giving us a tin of biscuits which was a nice gesture. We could not get any hot water out of the tap in the kitchen - this might explain why the dishes etc. were not entirely clean when we arrived. At 7:30 the next morning the builders arrived and started to play music loudly so we gathered our belongings and left quickly. The fabric of the building, furniture and furnishings are very basic. The property is very overpriced - similar to two rooms for our family in the smart 4 star hotels we have stayed in on this holiday.

Location only

Dirty, filthy shower and sink very noisy usual living habits were clearly heard by other nearby residents , air conditioner leaked making dripping sounds and all over the fridge until we place a pot to catch. Construction going on next door early morning starts which we were not notified of . Squashes bugs on walls
