New place, well appointed and clean. Sizable and with decent heating and electric blankets. Friendly staff via messanger.

This was a small unit on the same property as a larger house (multi-unit?), and the guests next door parked right outside the sliding glass door of our unit and were standing around there talking on the phone and looking in (about 4 people), wasn't very private. It was very expensive, compared to other accom in NZ we've used this was the most expensive and not the best. The house is in an OK spot, but better for those with cars during colder months. The door lock needs to be replaced - really difficult to use. The damage deposit is still on my card. I think they should communicate as soon as checked out that no damage has be found and the deposit will be returned so its clear. Overall nice, but feels like not worth the price.

All good except we didn’t get notifications re key code until the day we left. Lucky the lady in the information centre called your number for us to get the code

It is very private and clean.
