Unit was very clean and a good bathroom.

We felt we were in a goldfish bowl. There is no privacy unless curtains closed. Blinds would be a good addition. The wi-fi router/booster is above the bed, so you have flashing blue LEDs above you throughout the night!

All windows were very close to neighbours’ windows and felt a bit like a fishbowl so we kept curtains closed at all times

Great place to stay close to Lake Tekapo and all the convenience stores and restaurants. We had a car so we didn't have issues but the walk from the Lake to the Cabins can be a bit steep. Easy instructions to get the keys and it was very quiet. Room was big with decent kitchen arrangements. Bathroom was very good.

Check-in and leave did not meet the landlord, according to his request to put the key on the table but he said did not find, inexplicably deduct 25NZD. Worst experience of the whole trip!

We stayed in the studio which was comfortable and reasonably spacious.

Too many rules - we don't need an essay and stack of literature to read through regarding recycling! Parking was tricky as the occupants of one of the other units had 2 cars which impeded our parking space. Poor utensils..no dinner plates provided. We had to ask the cleaner for these. No coffee plunger either. Unit wasn't the cleanest..long black hairs on sofa and carpet, crumbs under table and stains on duvet cover. Location wasn't the best..on a new housing development on the edge on the town, built on scrub land. Card payment has to be in the name of the booker otherwise this causes problems..apparently due to money laundering regulations however wasn't an issue anywhere we've stayed so far..either in motels, hotels or Air BnBs. This was one of the most expensive places we stayed in and certainly not the best or value for money.

Close to the city centre, clean, cosy place. Amazing, helpful and friendly host.
