Beautiful Downtown Apartment near Zócalo & Bellas Artes

Location. Could walk everywhere. Well equiped kitchen (microwave, stove top and bench oven) with some basic supplies. Comfortable couch, dining table and comfortable bed with good room for bags. Small but adequate bathroom. Doormen were very attentive for main door and lift.

The location is right at historic centre

Minor problems with electronic lock - it was solved,but was a stressful situation when I cannot enter apartments...

This is a pleasant, homely apartment which is well kitted out for self catering. It has plenty of space apart from the bathroom which is on the small side but not a problem. It's very quiet once inside. The location is good for seeing sights within the historic quarter and there are metro stations close by. A large supermarket is about 15 mins by foot. You need to walk a bit to find a good choice of restaurants at night. The owners have provided some useful information for tourists. Their instructions for the apartment are very clear and helpful.

Great place. Wonderful location. We liked it so much we came back for a second visit. Lots of room to stretch out and we made our own breakfast which made the day more relaxed. The kitchen is perfect for someone traveling who just wants to eat something simple in the apartment and mainly eats in restaurants.

The bed was hard for our taste, but almost all Mexican beds seem a little hard.

Great location in the historic center. We could walk to many main attractions and great local restaurants. They are has lots of foot traffic and always felt safe. The apartment is spacious. We ate out and only used the kitchen for coffee and pastries but you could cook a meal if you wanted. The owner left lots of useful information. There was a washer/ dryer which was great. We stayed 5 nights and loved it. It was quiet at night. The shades are light blocking so we slept well.

We had a wonderful time in Sandra and Roberto's lovely apartment in the heart of the Centro Historico in Mexico City. The apartment was small but spacious and well-designed. It had all the essentials including a well-outfitted small kitchen. and a comfortable queen-sized bed in the separate bedroom. We loved the location! We were a 10-15 minute walk to the Zocalo, the Palacio del Bellas Artes, and to a host of other Centro sites. And it was very easy to get Ubers to get to the more outlying areas. We finally got a little brave halfway through our visit to take the subway and the trolley bus back. They were fine.

the lighting could be better. the bathroom is outdated and could use a new showerhead. We hadn't realized that the apartment was on the 5th floor of an historic building with an historic elevator that has to be operated by the hard-working concierge. We never had to wait very long.
