"It was a nice, clean, and roomy place so we would stay there again."

The location near the Zocalo was amazing. It felt safe and secure as the outside door of the apartments locked, and there was a concierge on site 24 hours/day. My husband was not well so the comfortable feel of the apartment was great for him.

The pillows were lumpy, but everything else was fine.

"Unexcusable"

Location

People coming late at night to my room for payment. Nothing sent my cell to notify me I offered to pay when arriving they declined. What kinda of individual would send a person to my room after 9pm I traveled to Mexico and lived in Mexico for many years and am well aware of the security and crime that is present. This was totally unacceptable I would recommend this Hotel to anyone because of this issue compromising a customer is unexcusable.

Great place to stay Staff helpful Nice and Secure area All furniture in excellent condition Kitchenette with all kind of appliances Located at walking distance close to museums, Central Park and sightseeing. Plenty of restaurants and convenience stores around. Exceeded my expectations, I couldn’t ask for more

The location could not have been better. It was within walking distance of anything I needed and The scenery the historical buildings in the area were mind-blowing.

Having the doorman made me feel a lot safer, for not only me but my girlfriend. It also added safety to my luggage.. I felt guilty having the doorman open the door every time I needed to get into the apartment. Being a tourist, I was going in and out quite often dropping stuff off picking stuff up and I just felt guilty. It would have been nicer if I could at least buzz myself in and then take the stairs up. It's me being an independent person I don't feel comfortable asking for assistance every time I enter or leave the apartment.
