Really nice room. Clean

A little noisy by freeway

The room and especially rooftop working space is really incredible! A perfect place to remotely work from that isn't too far from all the magic of condesa and roma. Internet speed is really good and staff is kind and welcoming.

The fact that the property is one of the busiest mega highways isn't very pleasant and as soon as you open your bedroom balcony, you hear the constant noise and terrible fumes. Luckily you're not far from the peace and quiet and greenery of condesa. Also the breakfast could have some better options.

Great apartment, clean, central with 24 hour reception.

The neighborhood is great for walking around as is the nearby park. The room was spacious and tasteful. There is a nice rooftop where pastries and coffee are served in the morning.

The room is a bit noisy owing to the adjacent busy highway but noise insulation is good. There was no cleaning service and it was unclear how to dispose of the garbage.

Lovely rooftop, good location, spacious rooms with modern fittings & cookware, easy to cross into town and walk around. Nice coffee in morning served with free cakes. Overall it was a wonderful time and our first stay in the City. Highly recommended.

OK but physical lock on door was not working, not offered any alternative. You have to ask reception/security to exit/enter the main property each time vs a door code - Understand it was security measure which was reassuring, but for a long 2 week stay it got a little annoying. Be helpful if easier way to organise cleaner to visit vs having to get up early before reception leaves and book for the following day. Windows little noisy on lower floor from traffic, not possible to move during our stay. Neighbouring residential property opens up to some flats at the rear and at the time we were there often had loud with music in evenings, and children screaming around in corridors, but stopped before bedtime. Could do with more bins to put recycling in as empty bottles of water stack up vs having to wait for cleaner.

The staff were excellent and there were loads of great restaurants and bars nearby.

It was quite noisy being based by a motorway. We would usually choose a higher level property however but at this price point it was fine.

Location was good next to Chapultepec Park and Condesa - all within walking distance. The rooftop is beautiful and nice oasis above the busy street below. The overall property and our individual room were clean and well appointed.

The bed mattress and pillows were not comfortable at all. The sheets were polyester and did not breathe, which was heightened by the fact that the A/C never really cooled the room at all. If you tried to open the windows to let the cool breeze in, it was way too loud from all the traffic.

The terrace is absolutely stunning, the room is cozy and comfortable, and the location is within walking distance. They serve breakfast on the terrace every morning, and the employees are super sweet and easy to talk to. Additionally, there's a 24/7 guard on duty, and they open the door for you.

The noise level is a bit high, so you may need to be mindful of your volume.

Toilet and sink are divided by a clear glass door (you can see your partner sitting). There's not a hair dryer in the room by default. Hotel is located right next to a high way, which creates some noise.
