Design and cleanliness of the hotel. Felt private and secure, with security guards monitoring the door 24/7.

Location was a little out of the way - had to cross a main road to get into the main area of La Condesa. However, this was still a central location, and the price of the accommodation accurately reflected its central-but-off-the-beaten-path location.

This place was amazing, it was incredibly clean and the rooms were great. They also offered filtered water in the common kitchen with most places didn't have - this was amazing!

The WIFI didn't reach all rooms.

the kitchen was very partially equipped , everything we asked for they could not provide (extra blanket, extra plates-simple stuff). also there was no air conditioning but we couldn’t open the windows because the room was located straight on the high way

Great location, nice terrace

I have big complications with the communication , its hard to get the answers and some help! I am sorry to say that, but it significantly changes my feeling from the stay here. I needed an invoice, I asked by e-mail, through booking and I never recieved it so far.

Breakfast timing was not consistent but I liked the pastries and coffee. It would have been nice for there to be refilled water canisters at the breakfast area for people to swap out their room's water. I downloaded the door lock app but noone ever asked to help activate it so I assumed I was to use the code each time.

I wish the sink unit didn't make loud noises at night. It woke my partner up a few times during our stay. I also think the host was a bit unfriendly and made me feel bad for asking for toilet paper.

Located along a Highway. Didn’t supply coffee each day for coffee maker in room.

I liked everything. The location was really good and the host was very nice and accesible.

I didn´t like that the location was hard to find.

It was close to everything
