We lived in this villa for three months. The owners are excellent, responsive people, always ready to help. The house is a 2-minute walk from the ocean. There is a shop and a fruit shop nearby. The house has everything you need: washing machine, air conditioning, water heater and Internet fiber optic. Perfect for short-term and long-term living

The apartment is truly lovely with all the amenities you would need for a long stay. The hosts are exceptionally generous and would happy provide you with anything you need. I asked for some breakfast and I was greeted in the morning with a veritable buffet of local food. Overlooking the balcony is a stretch of mangrove marshland which is teaming with flora and fauna, if you consider your self an eco tourist this place would definitely interest you. While it not directly on the beach it's literally less than a minute walk away (I timed myself :)).

The train tracks are right opposite so it can get a bit noisy during the day but the trains are not that frequent.
