The view an setup of the house was very well done an complimentary goodies thank u.

Kitchen sink water was not running out smoothly was blocked after we did dirty dishes an the mop was bit dirty pls leave cleaning detergents like jik maybe pls

The stay was good and relaxing. The house were comfortable and we really enjoyed it

The only hassle were the wifi connection

The rental agents were friendly and helpful

The Bookings.com site showed a nice seaview. We especially booked this property for its seaview. After driving hundreds of kilometers, we arrived to a property with a partially built house where the seaview was supposed to be. Our view was of building rubble, portalbe toitlet, bricks and a building site. Not what we booked and paid for. Even the description on Bookings.com said "Glassdoors opening onto the stoep facing the Voorstrand Beach". While in reality the stoep faced a building site instead. The house had a stale, unpleasant smell.

Good location, size was perfect for 4 adults. Close to beach and restaurants. Place was clean and tidy.

Some basic requirements were not provided. New building site rite across property blocking sea view entirely.

House now being build, blocking direct sea view Some maintenance needed, asked for remote batteries to be replaced, bath tub plug missing and others (basins) quite worn, door of spare room damaged. Alarm not working during load shedding More can be done to alleviate load shedding, e.g. mini ups for wifi, gas stove etc. Only 2 magneto lights supplied.

Location was good.

Needs a bit of maintenance

There could be more protection on the veranda.

The stuff was so welcoming and helpful, even when we had our transport delayed they waited on us till we got there, even when we departure our transport got delayed they allowed us to stay in till it arrived. It was such an amazing experience
