Wonderful location, extremely clean, staff was exceptional, amenities far exceeded expectations

Nothing - perfect for us!

Everything was great the room, the cleanliness, location and staff.

Very spacious room with kitchenette. On a busy little street, but double glass windows kept it quiet. Loved the common areas, especially the indoor/ outdoor kitchen area with a salt water pool. Kitchen stocked with eggs, tortillas, yoghurt, avocados, fruit, even 3 types of Mescal. Enjoyed the rooftop terrace as well. The staff were terrific - warm and attentive. The location was better than I expected. Not exactly the center, but near all the best restaurants, shops, and art museums.

It was friendly and had a great staff, nice guests and a lovely swimming pool and lots of small treats for guests.

There was no car parking as part of the property so we had to park on the street 100 metres down the road . The staff were not very welcoming on arrival , but soon started to be helpful and smile . There was still a lot of noise from the busy traffic congested road outside due to it being a popular route and the annual fair nearby .

A First-Class Stay in the Heart of Oaxaca "Casa de Pino is a first-class accommodation in a quiet, but central location that's perfect for exploring all that Oaxaca City has to offer. We loved that it was close to both the Barrio de Jalatlaco and the Barrio de Xochimilco. It was a short walk to see the famous street art areas, which are full of colorful buildings, with murals on nearly every wall and alleyway. The hotel is also just a stone's throw from the city center, where we found great bars, shops, and restaurants. Oaxaca City truly offers an incredible experience, from exploring its fascinating Archaeological Sites and rich Indigenous Culture and Arts to enjoying local Mezcal!

We struggled to operate the air conditioning but this could well have been user error and had we asked for help the superb staff were always happy to help and competent. This was in any event no significant issue as the building is substantial and relatively cool and the ceiling fan was more than adequate.

Everything was perfect! Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Oaxaca!

This place exceeded my expectations. I had a wonderful apartment for a week. It felt like I was at home. Hector, Berda, and the rest of the staff, especially Martin, were exceptional, very friendly and ready to help me with whatever I needed. Plenty of hot water in the shower, and the pool in the middle of a hot afternoon was a great bonus. And, the location in Oaxaca Centro put me close to everything.

L accueil. La grandzur de la chambre. La piscine chauffée. Super propre. Eau chaude avec pression. De nombreuses attentions (café, thé, boissons a dispsoition et meme mezcal maison) tres bonnes recommandations et suttout une localisation parfaite.
