There is a large common table on the first floor near the pool. Hosts provided varieties of foods, and made the coffee for us.

Sufficient breakfast choices. The owner and staff were friendly and knowledgeable and helped with whatever we needed. We were made to feel at home, part of the family. The location was great for us. We would have liked to have stayed longer.

I loved the clean, spacious, comfortable setting - the rooms were lovely, the breakfast table near the pool was a delight in the morning, and the staff is wonderful. Also, the central location gave us easy access to historic places.

The rooms are comfortable and spacious with all the things you need. The pool and communal kitchen were perfect for our stay and just what I was hoping for since I was traveling with extended family and we wanted a spot to gather in the morning. The staff were genuine and kind and helped us out with everything we needed for a wonderful stay

Super comfy bed, beautiful facilities, sparkling clean, a fridge full of fresh breakfast goodies, snacks and drinks, freshly brewed coffee, amazing caring and helpful staff, great water pressure in the shower, convenient central location, quiet, work station, decent wifi, safe and secure, great value for money, heated pool with salty water

This was the cleanest I've ever stayed in and had a plunge pool and really great breakfast area . They also supplied a great breakfast selection

We loved everything about this place. It was elegant and comfortable. The location is perfect. The well stocked common kitchen was a huge bonus and made all the difference. We are looking into returning for an extended stay.

Nothing, we liked everything

This hotel ruined all other hotels/airbnbs for us, that's how great it was! The hosts are amazing, especially the cohost who is on-site every day. Location is great and walkable, just a few minutes away from the main squares/cathedrals and lots of restaurants and shops. The hotel itself has a ton of amenities/extras, including a saltwater pool, terrace with billiards table, fully stocked kitchen (even with an espresso machine and mezcal made specifically for this location!), cabinet with items you may need if you forgot (toothbrush, toothpaste, sunscreen, mosquito repellent, etc.), and more. A/C in the room was a lifesaver and the water pressure was strong. The local bus stops on the corner and taxis drive by often, if you need a ride. If we return to Oaxaca, I will 10000% stay here again.

It’s a lovely spot to base yourself for Oaxaca, and the facilities are very good. The pool is warm and kitchen facilities and food (plus beer!) are generous.
