Departamento en Condesa con vista al Castillo de Chapultepec GYM - POOL - PARKING

The location was great, it was a safe and walkable neigborhood that was central to everything we wanted to do in the city. It was also a very safe apartment complex with lots of security. The gym was beautiful and well-equipped (you do have to call security to open the door for you). The kitchen had all the basics, which was great, because a lot of hosts don't even provide salt, pepper and cooking oil and this place did have everything we needed.

It was a little noisy, like other reviewers mentioned, but that isn't the fault of the hosts, it's just that the location is right next to a busy road, but we used ear plugs and it was fine. Also, it's Mexico City folks! It's going to be noisy; travelers should expect that they're not going to the country when they visit DF. Since we stayed for 7 days, it would have been nice for the hosts to provide us with extra toilet paper and paper towels/napkins in the kitchen. Toilet paper should be considered a necessity not a luxury. I could understand why hosts don't alwasy provide laundry soap, but toilet paper is a pretty basic thing. Hosts should consider the amount of days and the amount of guests who are staying to make sure that they are well-stocked according to each guest's needs. For a 7 day stay and a party of 3, they only gave us a one extra roll and it was thin and ran out fast. We had to buy our own, which is fine, but when one is traveling, that isn't on the top of the lists of things to do so it was a little inconvenient.

You were required to pay an additional deposit to obtain the code for the door. Even though the room was paid for, you could not get the code until that additional deposit was paid and it was through a link I was not familiar with.
