Departamento en Condesa con vista al Castillo de Chapultepec GYM - POOL - PARKING

Jonathan (the host/owner) was great and incredibly responsive whenever an issue came up. The place itself is beautifully designed and set up, and had all of the amenities we could need (e.g. washing+drying machine, kitchenware, microwave, iron, a well stocked building gym and pool, etc.). We also really appreciated the neighborhood it is located in (Condesa) as we were right next to some lovely cafes and coffee shops, and a block away from a Walmart Express for grocery shopping. The beds were incredibly comfortable, as well.

These were not deal breakers for me but might be worth taking a note of if you are sensitive to any of these stimuli: a) it's located right next to a major highway that can be a little noisy at night time. I'm a relatively deep sleeper, and Jonathan provides ear plugs, so it wasn't a problem for myself or my family. And b) there was sometimes a light odor that I think was due to the washing machine needing to be aired out, but it would disappear quickly whenever we'd leave the windows open. The space was lovely and convenient enough that both of these issues felt low priority. Not something Jonathan can control, so just a tip: I highly recommend getting a 10 or 20 liter drinking water container from the nearby Walmart or Oxxo if you are looking for ways to reduce your plastic waste during your stay here.

terrible noise from the highway

This was the perfect stay for when we arrived in CDMX. Jonathan and Carlos were super responsive, check in was easy and the place itself fantastic. Brilliant facilities including a gorgeous pool and gym. We loved it so much we tried to stay again at the end of our trip but we sadly left it too last minute! Would stay here again and recommend you do too. Awesome part of CDMX with delicious eateries.
