One would experience the true essence of a home stay at Mel Ville. Anup and Mehek are a beautiful couple who run the homestay. They not just believe in providing value for the service but also add their personal touch in it. They love to engage with people and enjoy hosting. They have struck a perfect balance between interacting with the guests and respecting their privacy. Anup helped us by arranging 2 wheeler rentals during our stay and with a cab to chennai on our way out. Mehek was very kind to invite us for breakfast at their home with authentic sindhi food made by her. They also helped us with our itinerary and other activities during our stay. We cherish our experience at Mel Ville. It's not just a stay but a home stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming property(Mel Ville) and it truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality and impeccable service made us feel right at home. The hosts were right at with us and helped us in settling down in the beautifully decorated and clean rooms (better than a 3star hotel) What truly set this property apart, though, was the staff and the hosts. Their friendliness and willingness to assist made our stay exceptionally enjoyable. We locked ourselves out twice during the stay and both ma’am and sir were extremely helping as well as well calm throughout. Anup sir even came and covered my car with their own covers as there are bird droppings and i absolutely loved it We were invited for breakfast and i pretty much initially thought that i was having the exact same experience that i had in Maldives but then again they were able to exceed that with the abundance of love, care and the feeling of being with the owned ones. (The food that was prepared was by Mehak Ma’am and i think she was all-in-one. (Best host, chef, baker, person to sit down and talk) They helped us with pretty much everything, starting from planning your itinerary to helping you get 2 wheelers, getting us a local auto driver, and ocean cruise schedules. My little one (Noddie) had a great time chasing birds on the terrace and cool down under the shed that have built for sitting area under the water storage. I accidentally broke one of their main door’s decorative ply but they were still so caring and calm. They didn’t take a single penny from me for the accidental damage i did, and had the positive attitude of don’t worry we will fix it. END OF STORY- In my whole life, I have never seen a better host than them and they will make your trip even better. Also, do not forget to visit Mel Whisks.

Our stay at Mel Ville was truly unforgettable. The hosts Anup and Mehak were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The rooms were immaculately clean and tastefully decorated. The amenities were top-notch, and I loved the attention to detail in every aspect. On the first day, we got a complimentary Sindhi breakfast (which was actually not included with the stay) that was prepared by Mehak and was truly delicious. She even baked Banana Walnut Chocolate Cake for all of us on the second day, which was too yummy.On the third day, we got to taste the cheese sandwiches and idlis too. They made us feel like we were at home. Such great hospitality. Overall, the property is very beautiful, it's very close to the city (white town) and everything is in walkable distance.They are the best (I mean it) hosts anyone could ever ask for with a top-notch hospitality. I would highly recommend Mel Ville to anyone looking for a memorable and rejuvenating stay. It's a true gem. Unfortunately, we only have the videos of the rooms and no images..but the images on the app looks exactly the same. So if you ever see these rooms vacant, just go for it!!! No second thoughts. A huge thanks to Anup and Mehak for having us and making our stay in Pondicherry a memorable one. Rating: 5/5

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mel Ville, and I must say, it was an experience that exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the warmth and comfort of the hotel enveloped me like a cozy blanket. The rooms were not only spacious and well-appointed but also provided the perfect ambiance for a restful retreat. One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the home-made food. Each meal was a delightful journey for the taste buds, with flavors that reminded me of the comfort of home-cooked meals. The quality and taste of the food were exceptional, and it was evident that great care was taken in its preparation.

But more than the physical comforts, it was the hospitality of the staff and owners that truly made my stay memorable. I loved the way we were treated; it was as if we were part of a family. The owners went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction, making us feel valued and cared for.

The property is located at a convenient place, close to the beach and all other touristy places. The levels of cleanliness and comfort are excellent. However the most attractive feature of the property are the hosts. They leave no stone unturned to ensure that all requirements of the guests are met - very friendly and wonderfully helpful. Thank you Anup and Mehak for your hospitality. You have made my trip truly memorable.

I recently stayed at Mel Ville in Pondicherry and had a great experience. Anup and Mehak were very polite and welcoming. Their care for guests is top-notch. The room was clean and had a nice ambiance. They even offered a complimentary breakfast at their home. During breakfast, Mehak joined us, and we had a pleasant chat about local attractions and happenings. After checkout, we needed to store our luggage for a few hours, and they kindly allowed us to keep it there. The staff was also very polite and helped us load our bags into the cab. This was a very kind gesture. The location was convenient for exploring the city. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Pondicherry.
