The property is really walking distance from Terminal 1 - exit at aerotrain. So no money needed for transportation to/from property from/to airport. Everything was OK for one night stay to catch early flight next morning Quick response from host Filipe!

Spacious and well-equipped. The owner went out of his way to provide many conveniences a guest might need.

The airport neighborhood seems a bit unsafe, especially to walk at night.

A very nice and clean apartment closed to the airport of CDMX. The owner of the property, Felipe, was very kind and offered us a ride to the airport.

This is the perfect place to catch your plane without worrying about rush hour traffic or if you just want cheaper accomodations than you find in the trendier areas. The apartment is older but it is quite comfortable with a full stock of extra goodies that are quite reasonably priced like bottled water. The bed was comfy, the desk area was great, and the water was hot. The owner is very helpful and sent a video of how to access the keys. He also lives there so if you need anything, he can help. I had an item to return to a previous lodging and he was kind enough to make sure it got back to them even tho' I was 33 pesos short of the estimated price. Maybe we were just lucky but we found it to be very quiet.

While there is a coffee pot and instant coffee, it would be nice if you could buy a brewable coffee as part of the beverage selection. Also be advised that the dining area is just that, for take out food. There is no microwave or cooking facility altho there is room in the fridge for your own supplies. No sharp knife to cut bread for breakfast.
