We loved everything about this stay, Effie and Giannis were the perfect hosts, so kind and generous! Our room was spacious and well put together. It was cleaned with fresh linen and towels, including pool towels daily. Nothing was too much for them and they were so generous with their time and knowledge about the area. The breakfast was phenomenal and made an already wonderful stay that extra bit special. If you're considering staying in Rhodes we would highly recommend staying here. We already can't wait to get back and have recommended Utopia to all of our friends and family.

Very clean and modern cosy suites great location in the historic old town . Our hosts Effie and Giannis were fabulous -looked after us so well. Effie your breakfasts were fantastic and very generous. Fantastisk personale, blide og særdeles hjelpsomme. Flott liten leilighet, perfekt beliggende i gamlebyen i Rhodos. Fantastisk, STOR, frokost. Rengjøringen var perfekt. Kan virkelig anbefale dette stedet.

Outstanding breakfast delivered onto our terrace. Huge choice, huge portions, hand made and beautifully served! Comfortable, clean room beautifully furnished. A real home from home and will recommend to all our family and friends! 🥰

Une adresse exclusive avec des hôtes exceptionnels de gentillesse, de générosité, de discrétion, prêts à répondre à la moindre des sollicitations. Un petit déjeuner royal, préparé par Effie, notre hôte, qui variait chaque jour avec jus de fruit frais, oeufs préparés tous les jours différemment, gâteau délicieux, spécialités grecques, yaourts, coupe de fruits frais (myrtilles, fraises, cerises, pêches, kiwis) de grande fraîcheur. Un vrai délice. Notre suite étant très spacieuse, bien décorée et d'un confort formidable. La propreté était au rendez-vous. Pas un gramme de poussière, draps changés tous les 3 jours, serviettes de toilette renouvelées quotidiennement. Quant à la vue, elle était tout simplement remarquable. Nos hôtes Effie et Yiannis nous ont fait passer un séjour d'exception. Ils ont répondu à toutes nos attentes, nous ont proposé de nous emmener à l'embarcadère lorsque nous nous sommes rendus à Symi, nous ont proposé une voiturette pour nous rendre à la station de taxi le dernier jour, nous ont indiqué de bons petits restaurants.

Superb breakfast with lots of variety. Great to have a fridge, coffee machine and kettle in the kitchenette. Bed was really comfortable and a great bonus to have the private hot tub on the patio. It's an excellent location for exploring the old town. The hosts, Effie and Iannis were really helpful and couldn't do enough for us.
