Clean and spacious. Good sized shower. Plenty of storage space. Overall okay but some issues. I really don't understand the 9s and 10s.

Noise from neighbors above. Not the fault of the host obviously but they need to step in and take action Other reviews have mentioned it before. No coffee machine or microwave - should be standard by 2022, especially for accommodation wanting and deserving of 9 or 10. Maintenance is lacking. The freezer door was missing which makes the fridge near freezing point - some foods spoiled. This has also been mentioned in previous reviews and not rectified.. A light fitting was hanging off the wall - dangerous. Come on - carry out maintenance and fix things. People are paying top dollar
