Bed could have been more comfortable

This apartment was perfect for our short stay in Riomaggiore. The unit is even more spacious than it looks in pictures. It has modern comforts like a quiet AC unit and a nice shower, as well as authentic details like the original stone walls and crossbeams. The directions made reception easy to find and the staff were very helpful. The nearby restaurant they recommended was also excellent! Overall a great value for the area.

Very cute and well appointed. it has lots of space and a kitchen.

The windows didn’t open and this is not easy to get to if you have difficulties with stairs.

We were escorted to our residence which was handy as it was uphill and tricky to find. It was tucked away and the area wasn’t busy.

Worth remembering that the residence is way up hill from train. It’s not far but it is steep

The accommodation is exactly as pictured. it is very comfortable and well equipped and spotlessly clean. Great communication and flexibility from the hosts. Highly recommend.

We loved everything about the property. There are quite a few stairs but this is Cinqueterra after all!

location was nice and the property was quite big for 2 people so no problem with luggage space etc

The hot water runs out very fast (~10 mins) which is not ideal especially after a long day spent hiking, in the spring (in the evening it is <10 degrees)

The bed was comfortable. For a renovated cellar, they had done a nice job retaining the stone work.

The photos showed a space with windows and natural light but they put us in an apartment which was a renovated cellar, off a small alley, with no windows (two doors opened off the alley). There was only artificial ventilation. The first night there was no hot water, the internet stopped working & the batteries were dead in the remote control to control the air conditioning. We let them know about all the problems and asked to be moved to a different unit. They did not respond but when we returned that evening, the hot water and internet were working and they’d replaced the batteries so we could turn on the AC. The room did not match the photos and did not feel healthy or safe.
