On The Beach @ South Sands.No 2

Good location with excellent access to a lovely breach. Lovely views from the terrace and the lounge. TV was good with Netflix etc. There is plenty of usable kitchen equipment everything you would need and more is there. Excellent first aid kit, not used, but glad the owners had one available in a back pack so if needed on or around the beach it could be quickly picked up and first aid applied at the scene, great bit of safety equipment. Well done, Alan. Good shower upstairs. Value for money.

You need to be aware that if you wish to stay at this house, there are 85 steps down to the unit. Everything has to be moved up and down those steps, luggage, food, etc. For many, this will not be an issue, but disabled or elderly need to take note as it is not mentioned on Booking.com We were there in January, and it was hot and humid, AC would be a huge bonus that we would have been happy to pay more in the rental price to have, it would completely change the dynamic of the property.

Everything was there to poykie pots, all types of cutlery and first aid bag. The list is endless. perfect view and perfect back up when there’s loadshedding. Will definitely go back!!!

Bottom room with single beds in was too crowded. The fridge and sleeper couch took up to much space.

We got more than what we expected and more, my advise to anyone planning to book in there must just bring food and drinks, Alan & Viv have every utensil u can think of in the house incl. the ice machine, Netflix and Wi-fi, I can go on and on. We really enjoyed our stay.

It was just amazing. The owners, are the most wonderful people! Its like paradise! The view was amazing. Its perfectly situated. The level of cleanliness is 100%. It was a dream holiday indeed! Excellent. 10/10
